Commanders can communicate via the Chat Channels and the Mailing system.

The Chatroom is intended to be a fun and safe place to interact with other players. Please be reminded that you are responsible for how you express yourself. Vulgar or offensive behavior, such as hate speech or harassment, is strictly prohibited.

 You can always turn off the chat notification or use the [Block] function to optimise your chatroom use experience.

If you are suspicious of inappropriate behavior by another player in the chatroom or mailing system, you are welcome to contact our customer support. You are advised to provide us with screenshot(s) to show the situation clearly.
