When you make a purchase, the game automatically directs you to the App Store or Google Play Store to complete the payment procedure. The system might take some time to complete a transaction. It's possible, but barely; it would take up to 24 hours for a transaction to complete. 

If a purchase shows as "In-Progress" on the App Store or Google Play Store, it indicates that the transaction is still in progress on their side. 

If a purchase shows as "Completed" but the items haven't been delivered within a day, please reach out to our customer care team through the in-game support and provide the following details of your transaction.

1. ※ Essential: The e-receipt copy of the purchase, including the order ID, order date, and the item name.
2. The accurate name of the package that is listed in the game.
3. Please describe your actions before and after paying as precisely as possible.
