If a purchase shows as "In-Progress" on the App Store or Google Play Store, it indicates that the transaction is still in progress on their side.
If a purchase shows as "Completed" but the items haven't been delivered within a day, please reach out to our customer care team through the in-game support and provide the following details of your transaction.
